Sexual Games - Increase Your Sexual Excitement

By: Walter Beckley

Sexual Games
Sexual games can be just as healthy as any other physical game that we play and can add that much needed spice to an otherwise mundane sexual routine. However, it is also true that due to social conditioning and even low self esteem, your partner may not be too open to playing these games.
However, you can change that with just a bit of understanding and exposure.
Many men as well as women, tend to hold back against sexual games because they see them as 'dirty', 'kinky' or to revealing. Begin by removing this inhibition. Help your partner understand that sensual games are playful, tender and allow you to free your inner child.
It is a known fact that women have a much more difficult time in achieving an orgasm as opposed to men. This of course, can damage the libido of the woman. Encouraging gentle and playful sexual games will help her ease her physical tensions and assist in letting you and your partner, both fully experience the joys of sex. This will automatically transfer and deepen the emotional bond that the two of you share.
A few tips to encourage sexual games are listed below
? Small Starts - Not all sexual games are aggressive, some can be rather soft, so begin with these. Women who love to tickle their senses can be excited by the play of ice and heat on their body. Use feathers and your tongue to touch her sensitive spots like the ones below her ears, on her back and even her tail bone area. Incorporate these games into your sexual routine as foreplay or even after cuddling.
? Fun Games - A round of strip poker is also a great incentive for women who like to play cards and allows them to get over their inhibitions of being naked. Again the game is about learning to expose yourself to your partner slowly and enjoying each step rather than hurrying toward sex. Keep the fun element alive in these games and never let it become only about intercourse.
? Give Control - When you bring in props, she may feel a little scared. So, if you want her to join you, let the control lie in her hands. She will slowly use it and get comfortable with both you and the props.
? Excite- Much like asking a child to join in a game, it will help to build your partner's interest in the sex games too. Excite her by using visuals if you like and 'show' her gently how these games can be so much about the two of you bonding in many ways, rather than just having an orgasm.
? Educate -Many people may not beware of the fact that a good sex life actually has several health benefits too. Bring in some literature to authenticate this stand. Show them how, together the two of you can incorporate sex games that will take your sex life to a more fulfilling level.
? Adapt - Sex games need not be rigid. Adapting to the needs of your partner will help you in making her more open to these games. So, if your partner likes it rough, you could adapt the simple game of strip poker a little by adding a few slaps on the buttocks for every hand lost or won. On the contrary, even a rougher game involving bondage can be toned down with loose tie ups and gentle teasing.
Sex games are neither 'dirty' not 'kinky', in fact they can be warm, affectionate and playful. The idea is simply to let your partner learn to enjoy these games with you. Keep in mind that although gentle persuasion or sweet-talk is fine, it will not help to force your partner into trying something that she is uncomfortable with. This will only lead to her tightening up or clamping up even more.
If still in doubt, read up my new book "9 Steps to Building Your Sexual Stamina" and you will find that you and your partner will be in command and 'game' for even more.
